Belle Volte Estate comfortably sleeps up to 17 guests, with sleeping capacity available in multiple thoughtfully designed spaces.

• 4 Private Bedrooms, each featuring:

• King beds

• Ensuite full bathrooms

• Oversized Game Room / Optional 5th Sleeping Area

• Double doors for privacy

• Queen fold-out sofa sleeper

• 3 fold-out lounge chairs (twin-size sleeping mats)

• Powder bathroom (toilet & sink)

Additionally, two of the private bedrooms include extra sleeping mats stored in the closets with fresh linens provided—perfect for families or kids.

Under Riverside County Ordinance, the property allows up to 20 guests on-site at all times.

Things to Note

• Pool Use:

Use of the swimming pool is included with your stay.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee. The heating cost varies based on:

• Current propane gas prices

• The natural temperature of the pool

• Weather conditions during your stay

Please contact us in advance for a pool-heating quote if you would like to add this option.

• Spa / Hot Tub / Jacuzzi:

Use of the spa (hot tub/jacuzzi) is included with your stay at no additional charge.

• Check-In / Check-Out:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on the booking calendar.

If you are interested in an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Guest & Occupancy Policy (Important)

• Only registered guests staying at the property are permitted on-site at all times.

Outside visitors are not allowed unless approved and coordinated with us prior to arrival.

• Legal Short-Term Rental:

This home is a legally certified Short-Term Rental in Riverside County and is required to follow all county occupancy regulations.

• Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 20, per Riverside County ordinance.

• Example:

If 10 guests are staying overnight, you may coordinate up to 10 additional day guests, as long as the total number of people on the property does not exceed 20 at any time.

• Day Guests:

Please notify us in advance if you plan to have any day guests so we can ensure compliance with county regulations.

Failure to follow occupancy rules may result in fines or cancellation of the reservation, per county requirements.
